Broker Co-Pilot — Extension Privacy Policy

Broker Co-Pilot is a private, single-operator tool used by the licensed insurance agent at American Senior Choices to view their own client records and speed up Medicare enrollment paperwork. It is distributed unlisted and is only usable by that agent after signing in to their own customer relationship management (CRM) system.

What the extension accesses

  • Your CRM client data — after you sign in, the extension requests client records (name, contact details, Medicare/Medicaid identifiers, plan and pharmacy information, and notes) from your own CRM so you can view them and fill enrollment forms.
  • The page you are on — when you explicitly click a value or press “Scan page,” the extension reads the form fields of the active tab so it can insert the value you chose. It does not read pages on its own.
  • Microphone (optional) — only if you start a meeting recording, and only with client consent. Audio is sent to your own CRM for your records; recording never starts on its own.

How data flows

  • Data moves only between the extension and your own CRM API over HTTPS. It is not sent to any third party, advertiser, or analytics service.
  • Sign-in uses a one-time code emailed to a single authorized address. A short-lived access token is stored locally in the browser (chrome.storage.local) so you stay signed in for about 30 days; it is removed when you sign out.
  • Client data is held in memory only while you view a record. The extension keeps no separate database of its own.

What it never does

  • Never submits a form or clicks a site’s buttons for you — you review every page before continuing.
  • Never sells or shares data, and shows no ads.
  • Never tracks your browsing or collects analytics.
  • Never transmits client data anywhere except your own CRM.

Data retention & contact
